Dr Caitlin Notley is a Senior Lecturer in Mental Health at the University of East Anglia, and the first recipient of an SSA fellowship. She was interviewed by Dr Sharon Cox in 2018 for the Women in Addiction project. Caitlin talks about advocating for women in science, what makes a good role model, and the importance of supporting work–life balance. She also touches on the types of structural support that can enable women to build success in academia while also having a family life.
