In this episode of Addiction Audio, Rob Calder speaks to Dr Katie East about her research into social norms in relation to smoking behaviour. Dr East highlights different types of norms, and how they can apply to different groups of people and about how smoking norms can differ in different countries. She also relates her findings to the role of tobacco control policies in changing smoking prevalence.
