This hands-on workshop explores therapeutic photography as a tool for self-expression and wellbeing, especially in substance use treatment. Participants will learn through practice how images can reveal inner and outer worlds. No photography experience needed – just bring a camera-enabled device (e.g. smartphone) to take part in the activities.
