On Thursday 6 November (13:30–15:00), Paula Alves will lead a hands-on workshop exploring therapeutic photography as a tool for self-expression and wellbeing, especially in substance use treatment. Participants will learn through practice how images can reveal inner and outer worlds. No photography experience is needed – just bring a camera-enabled device (e.g. smartphone) to take part in the activities.
