This session, recorded at the SSA conference in November 2020, covered addictive behaviours in relation to the UK armed forces, covering serving personnel, service leavers and their families. The session was presented by Simon Bradley and Lorna Templeton and Ian Whyte, and was chaired by Arun Dhandayudham.
This invited symposium covered qualitative research on the impact of a drug discharge on service personnel, the experiences of families of service leavers who use drugs, and the use of performance enhancing drugs by service leavers.
