Date: 4th November 2020
The SSA PhD Symposium will go ahead in November. In light of widespread social and travel restrictions we are exploring options and will not take further bookings until we are able to announce a revised conference plan. Check our website and twitter feed for updates.
The SSA’s symposium for PhD students is now in its twelfth year. This event aims to bring together PhD students studying addiction-related topics so they can network, present their work in a low-key, supportive environment and share their experiences – positive and negative. It welcomes full and part-time students, studying in a range of disciplines including social sciences, laboratory sciences and health services research. The day includes presentations from students at various stages in the PhD process and some close to or who have recently submitted their thesis.
The programme will be built around the delegates, and uploaded here as and when finalised.
