The SSA’s PhD Symposium is an annual event that aims to support the addiction science PhD community through opportunities to discuss, learn, present, and build strong professional networks with other early career researchers. You can attend if you are a current PhD student or recently submitted your thesis.
The PhD Symposium is free, and includes lunch, refreshments, and a complimentary evening social event. The SSA also offers dual-attendance bursaries for people who attend both the PhD Symposium and Annual Conference, in order to help with the cost of travel and accommodation.
